We create custom quotes that include every item on our regular menu and some that are not.

Our signature made from scratch etoufee, chocked full of crawfish tails and shrimp.

A Cajun twist on the classic dish. (can also be served with crawfish)

Professed by true Cajuns to be the most authentic in town.
